Key specs:

The newly introduced Cincon CFM600S series is a high-performance 600W AC-DC power supply with integrated Power Factor Correction (PFC) designed within a compact 3”x 5” footprint. This series operates from a universal input range of 80 to 264Vac and offers eight single output voltage options, including 12, 15, 18, 24, 28, 30, 36, and 48VDC.

Engineered for both Class I and Class II applications, this series is certified to international safety standards including IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 3rd edition, while its design also meets IEC/EN 60335-1 requirements. Moreover, system designers can select from multiple configurations, such as baseplate, covered, or integrated fan versions, to satisfy specific mechanical constraints. In addition, the Cincon CFM600S integrates Remote On/Off and PG signals for system control, along with dedicated +5V standby and +12V fan outputs for auxiliary power.

Exceptional Performance:

The Cincon CFM600S series sets a benchmark in the industry with a high power density of up to 25.97W/Inch3. It delivers outstanding thermal flexibility, capable of providing up to 510W under natural convection and the full 600W output through conduction cooling or forced air.

Efficiency is a core strength of this series, reaching up to 94.5% with a very low no-load power consumption of less than 1W. Furthermore, it features an extremely low inrush current of 8.5A at 240Vac and a low maximum earth leakage current of 0.3mA, which significantly enhances system reliability and safety. The units are designed for extreme environments, operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and at altitudes up to 5,000 meters.

Full Protections:

This series offers a comprehensive suite of protection and signal features to ensure safe and stable operation. It includes Output Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP) with latch-off functionality, Over Temperature Protection (OTP), and continuous short-circuit protection. The Cincon CFM600S demonstrates superior electromagnetic compatibility, meeting EN 55032 Class B and FCC Part 15 Class B standards, while it meets EN 61000-3-2 Class A and C. Notably, it provides high isolation with 1800Vac from output to earth and possesses robust Level 4 surge immunity.
